Completed in August 2025, this steel profiled roof was coated with our BBA Approved Metalseal system a year after the neighbouring unit was completed to the same finish.
Metalseal 20 is Liquasil’s BBA metal roof coating system that includes our cut edge corrosion treatment as a standard part of the installation. This belt and braces approach to roof coating ensures that the most common defect on metal roofs is tackled as part of the recoating exercise.
The colour specified for this project was Goosewing Grey and although other colours can be made to order, more than 95% of all metal roofs tend to be specified in this colour.
Metalseal 20 can be spray, brush or roller applied, but we also offer a solvent-free version, Metalseal SF specifically for brush and roller application only.
Both products are the same price, but the SF version cannot be spray applied.
