Approved Installer Warranty Request

For Liquasil Approved Installers

Use this form to request a product warranty for a completed Liquasil installation.

Warranty applications should normally be submitted within 30 days of practical completion and must include the project information requested below.

Before applying, please ensure:

  • The project has been completed.
  • The specified Liquasil system has been installed.
  • All Liquasil invoice numbers relating to the project are available.
  • The project qualifies for a Liquasil product warranty.

Where the project has not been inspected by Liquasil, supporting photographs will also be required.

 

Self-Certified Warranties

Smaller projects that have not been inspected by Liquasil may qualify for a self-certified product warranty.

Applications should include photographs showing:

  • Surface preparation.
  • Repair works.
  • Application of the Liquasil system.
  • The completed installation.

As part of our quality assurance procedures, self-certified projects may occasionally be selected for audit inspection.

  • Metalseal
  • Liquasil Lite
  • Gutterseal
  • Flexlap
