Our warranties are designed to provide building owners with confidence that genuine Liquasil products have been supplied and installed as part of a declared project.
To issue a warranty, we need to verify the products used, the installation details and the project location.
Please complete the form below and provide any supporting information requested.
Only complete Liquasil systems are eligible for warranty cover and all related Liquasil invoice numbers must be provided as part of the application.
What The Warranty Covers
Liquasil warranties cover the performance of the Liquasil products supplied for the project.
As with any specialist roofing installation, responsibility for workmanship, installation methods, substrate condition, site safety and project execution remains with the installing contractor.
The purpose of the warranty is to clearly distinguish between product performance and installation responsibility, helping to avoid confusion should a problem arise in the future.
Self-Certified Product Warranties
For smaller projects, Liquasil Approved Installers can apply for a self-certified product warranty where a Liquasil representative has not attended site.
To support your application, please provide photographs showing the key stages of the installation, including surface preparation, repair works and completed coating application.
Any warranty issued under this process will be identified as a self-certified warranty.
As part of our quality assurance procedures, some installations may be selected for audit inspection. Where reasonably required, safe access should be made available to allow the completed works to be reviewed.
Applications for self-certified warranties should normally be submitted within 30 days of practical completion.

Understanding Warranty Responsibilities
We believe warranties should be clear and transparent, helping building owners, contractors and specifiers understand exactly what is covered and by whom.
Liquasil warranties cover the performance of Liquasil products. Responsibility for installation workmanship remains with the installing contractor.

By submitting this application, the installer confirms that the Liquasil system has been installed in accordance with current Liquasil application guidance and that any known defects or outstanding snagging items have been addressed prior to warranty issue.
