Liquasil Warranty Application
Before applying for a Liquasil product warranty, please ensure that you have details of the warranty beneficiary - this is usually the building owner.
For Liquasil Approved Installers
Use this form to request a product warranty for a completed Liquasil installation.
Warranty applications should normally be submitted within 30 days of practical completion and must include the project information requested below.
Before applying, please ensure:
- The project has been completed.
- The specified Liquasil system has been installed.
- All Liquasil invoice numbers relating to the project are available.
- The project qualifies for a Liquasil product warranty.
Where the project has not been inspected by Liquasil, supporting photographs will also be required.
