Liquasil Warranty Application
For Use By Liquasil Approved Installers
Use the form on this page to request a Liquasil system product warranty for a project you have completed.
By submitting this application, the installer confirms that the specified Liquasil system has been installed in accordance with current Liquasil application guidance and that any known defects or outstanding snagging items have been addressed prior to guarantee issue.
Invoice numbers relating to the project where Liquasil products have been installed must be provided.
Invoice numbers can only be used once on a single project.
Only full system installations are eligible for Liquasil guarantees.
Liquasil warranties are only available for declared projects where the installed system and associated product usage can be verified.
Installer Certified Product Warranty
We can now issue self-certified product guarantees to Liquasil Approved Installers where we have not attended site to inspect smaller installations.
Please ensure that supporting photographs showing all stages of the installation, including surface preparation are provided.
Your guarantee will be issued as being self-certified.
As part of our ongoing quality assurance procedures, installations may occasionally be selected for audit inspection. Safe access should therefore be made available where reasonably required.
Product warranties will be provided only when supporting evidence of correct preparation and application of Liquasil products has been provided.
Self certified product warranty applications must be received within 30 days of completion of the project.
