For Use By Liquasil Approved Installers
Use the form on this page to request a Liquasil system product guarantee.
By completing the requested information, the installer confirms that they have installed the selected system(s) in strict accordance with the relevant system specifications and that any known faults/snags have been rectified.
Invoice numbers relating to the project where Liquasil products have been installed must be provided.
Invoice numbers can only be used once on a single project.
Only full systems installations are eligible for Liquasil guarantees.
Self Certification Product Guarantee
We can now issue self-certified product guarantees to Liquasil Approved Installers where we have not attended site to inspect smaller installations.
Please ensure that supporting photographs showing all stages of the installation, including surface preparation are provided.
Your guarantee will be issued as being self-certified.
Liquasil reserves the right to audit and inspect installations on a planned or random basis as part of its ongoing quality assurance programme and safe access must be provided by the installer when requested.
Product warranties will be provided only when supporting evidence of correct preparation and application of Liquasil products has been provided.
Self certified product guarantee applications must be received within 30 days of completion of the project.
