Best Budget Coating For Metal Roofs
When all you want is to buy an industrial roof coating, why pay a premium for accreditations and services you don’t need?
Liquasil Lite is more than just an industrial roof coating system. It’s a completely new concept designed to save contractors money.
Liquasil Lite is;
- Low cost
- Fire rated to BRoofT4
- Easy to apply
- Proven silicone technology
- Guaranted 15 years & no site audits
This system is ideal for those projects with an open specification because it provides you with complete reassurance of proven Liquasil technology and a 15 year product guarantee.
Unlike our specification grade, BBA approved Metalseal system, Liquasil Lite does not require manufacturer’s site audits, eliminating a large cost item and making the system even more ecomomical.
Standard Specification is suitable for most applications. If you’ve applied other roof coating systems, Liquasil Lite will be a welcme addition to your range.
Training is not necessary because if you’re an experienced roof coatings contractor, you probably already know enough to install Liquasil Lite.
Site audits are not necessary for warranty purposes, which eliminates a major cost element.
Colours – Liquasil Lite comes in Goosewing Grey as standard. We can make any RAL colour for a small extra cost.
Volume Discounts – This is also the only Liquasil system that attracts volume discounts, so the larger the roof, the less you pay!
Discounts are available for single projects of >2,500 sq metres and >10,000 sq metres.
Professional Specifiers
If you are specifying a metal roof coating we would politely refer you to our BBA Approved metal roof coating system.
Liquasil Lite does not have BBA Approval, but is fire rated to BRoofT4.
