The existing steel profiled roof was refurbished using Liquasil’s BBA Approved Metalseal 20, incorporating cut edge corrosion treatment as standard.
The project was completed in July 2026 by Nadco Roofing Services of Camberley as part of an overall refurbishment of the premises on behalf of the landlord.
Metalseal 20 had a semi-gloss finish and is warranted for 25 years.
