Liquasil’s BBA Approved metal roof coating, Metalseal was specified for the refurbishment of the steel roof to this logistics warehouse in Milton Keynes.
The original finish was delaminating and was stripped back to bare galvanised steel, which was treated with Liquasil’s Mordant T-Wash Solution.
Cut edge corrosion was ground back to bare metal before being primed with Liquasil SWT corrosion primer and over-coated with Metalseal20.
A 25 year product warranty was issued upon completion.
